Matt has worked in the field of disability employment since 2011. He joined BCI in 2020 and now serves as their Chief Program Officer over competitive employment services. With a demonstrated track record of building programs and relationships that create employment opportunities for people with disabilities, he is passionate about empowering people to realize their potential and articulate their value. Matt has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and a master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership.
