Leslie is a Training Associate on the Missouri Employment First team with the Institute for Community Inclusion, which is part of the University of Massachusetts - Boston. She provides training and technical assistance to service providers and TCMs in Missouri to improve employment outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Leslie’s previous experience includes employment services and quality assurance, as a Director for MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries and as a Surveyor for Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International. Additionally, Leslie has served on the board of Best Buddies Missouri and the Generation Listen Council with St. Louis Public Radio. Leslie has volunteered with several organizations and actively participates in several networking platforms for providers and employers.
